What our
drivers say.

We don't pay for reviews and we don't script them. Here's what some of the people running with us have shared, in their own words.

I was running for a mega-fleet that treated me like a number. Switched to Wild Fire eight months ago. Same lanes, same hours, $1,800 more per week.

What sold me was the dispatch. Real people, day or night. When my trailer blew a tire outside Knoxville at 3 a.m., they had a fix on the way before I finished filing the report.

Settlement statements are clean, every Friday like clockwork. After fifteen years in this industry, I can finally read my paycheck without a calculator.

Talk To Recruiting
What CDL do I need to drive for Wild Fire Express?
A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License is required for all OTR positions. We hire across the lower 48, and we accept CDLs from any state.
How much experience do you require?
A minimum of six months recent OTR experience in a Class A sleeper. If you’re close to that mark, talk to recruiting — we evaluate every application individually.
How often does Wild Fire pay drivers?
Settlements run weekly, Saturday-to-Saturday. Direct deposit hits your account the following Friday. No held-back weeks, no surprise reserves.
Do you offer fuel cards or sign-on bonuses?
Yes — fuel cards are issued on day one with a fleet discount averaging 30–50¢ per gallon. Sign-on, referral, and clean-inspection bonuses are seasonal; ask recruiting for the current offer.
Can I review my settlement before payment is processed?
Always. Each Saturday you receive your detailed statement to confirm. If anything looks off, accounting fixes it before the Friday payout — that is the whole point of the review window.
Where do I park my truck between loads?
Our main yard is centrally located in the U.S. with secure overnight parking. Drivers based out-of-region can use our partner network — no extra fee.
